a simple life

Good luck, bad luck, some luck, no luck. A couple days ago i got a fortune cookie fortune that predicted: your luck will change on the next full moon. Well of course I assumed I was in for some good luck. But that’s not what it said. What if I am in a good luck period, and I just didn’t realize it? Normally I keep my fortunes, but I was feeling cavalier, and I guess I didn’t realize the full moon was quite so close at hand, so this one, gasp, got thrown out. What if my sort of crappy good luck turns into a no luck phase, or a truly awful luck phase all because I threw out my fortune!!!!!

Wish me good luck for tomorrow. I need good luck for quite a few things in the near future. Fingers crossed.
